Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the Dengii mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Apple Standard End User License Agreement
Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed via the App Store. Full text: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula .
Operator
The App is developed and operated by Timofey Ushnitsky, an individual based in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: support@dengii.app.
Subscription
Some features of the App are available through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via the App Store. Plans and prices are shown inside the App on the purchase screen and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal price equals the price of the chosen plan at the time of charge.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- During a free trial, cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends prevents any charge.
- Family Sharing: one family member’s subscription covers all members of Apple Family Sharing.
AI processing
The App uses server-side AI functions to parse transactions and generate insights. The terms and the exact data sent are described in the Privacy Policy. Use of AI is optional: consent is collected explicitly on first launch and can be revoked at any time in the App settings.
User content
All transactions, lists and budgets belong to the user. They are stored in the user’s private iCloud via CloudKit. The operator has no access to this data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law and not to attempt to bypass payment or subscription mechanisms.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services (Apple iCloud, Supabase, RevenueCat, OpenAI) and is not liable for the user’s financial decisions made on the basis of data shown in the App.
Changes to these Terms
For material changes the operator will notify users via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after notification means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
The relationship between the user and the operator is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to mandatory provisions of the user’s country of residence.
